Begin with 30 minutes of quiet relaxation in the MiHIGH Infrared Sauna Blanket, followed by a customized 60-minute massage.
The gentle warmth helps you settle into the experience before your massage begins. I will then tailor the hands-on portion to your preferred pressure and priority areas, creating a complete session for relaxation, comfort, and renewal.
