Hours & Policy

​I understand that unexpected situations arise and appointments sometimes need to be changed. Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each client, the following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies:

 

At least 24 hours’ notice

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. You may reschedule without a cancellation fee.

 

Appointments prepaid online

Appointments booked online require full payment at the time of booking. If you cancel, the booking system does not automatically issue a refund. Your payment will remain on your account as a credit and may be applied toward a future appointment, so you will not be required to pay for the same session twice.

Appointment payments are nonrefundable. The credit remains available for you to use when you are ready to reschedule.

 

Appointments reserved in person

If an appointment was scheduled in person without advance payment and you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session price.

Whenever possible, please reschedule your appointment at the time you cancel. If the appointment is rescheduled at that time, the 50% late-cancellation fee will be waived.

 

Payment of cancellation fees

Any outstanding cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be scheduled or received.

 

No-shows
Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine whether there is enough time remaining to start treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
