4-week Yoga for Beginners Foundation

A Small-Group Foundations Workshop

If you’ve ever thought about starting yoga but weren’t sure where to begin, this workshop was created for you.

Many people assume yoga is about stretching or being flexible. It’s not.

Yoga is about learning how to move your body with awareness, control, and ease.

In this 4-week beginner workshop, you’ll learn the foundations of yoga in a calm, supportive environment where every student receives personal attention.

This is not a crowded class where you try to keep up.

It’s a guided learning experience.

Most yoga classes jump quickly from pose to pose.

This workshop is structured differently.

Each class builds on the previous one so you gradually develop:

• Confidence in foundational poses
• Better body awareness

This allows me to watch each student carefully and offer guidance so you can move safely and confidently.

Class Length: 60 minutes

Class Size: Maximum of 5 participants

Investment: $99 for the full 4-week workshop
(Only $24.75 per class)

Please bring a non-slip yoga mat.
